We read everything. We reply to most things, though not always quickly.
What is most useful to send
Corrections. If an article says something wrong, this is the most valuable email you can send. Point at the sentence. Corrections are made in place, and material ones are noted in the article.
Questions the articles do not answer. If you read a piece and still could not make the decision, that is a gap worth knowing about. It often turns into the next article.
Your setup. Articles here are written from research and reasoning rather than from testing every product in every configuration. Descriptions of what actually happened in a real setup — including where our reasoning did not survive contact with it — genuinely change what gets written.
What we do not do
Paid reviews and sponsored posts. We do not accept payment for coverage, for a placement in an article, or for a link. This is not negotiable, and it is not a pricing position.
Guest posts. We do not publish submitted articles.
Link exchanges. No.
Product and PR pitches will be read, but a pitch does not create an obligation to cover anything, and coverage is never agreed in advance.
